Book Audit Pro is a web application that analyzes Amazon book listings and provides authors and publishers with practical recommendations to improve their titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, and metadata. Reports are generated from public product information and are intended to support your editorial and marketing decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Book Audit Pro. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access.

The Book Audit Pro software, brand, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of these rights to you. Amazon and other third-party names referenced in the service belong to their respective owners.

Audit reports are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to make our analysis useful and accurate, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including higher sales, improved rankings, or greater visibility on Amazon. Your decisions about your listings remain your own.

We aim to keep Book Audit Pro available at all times, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues affecting our providers. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Audit Pro and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or for the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Book Audit Pro after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
